We offer you a facility with the latest technology and qualified instructors to meet your training needs. Equipped with 19 student stations, one instructor station and a large-screen projection system, our computer lab is designed to comfortably support your training needs. The lab computers are configured with: Windows XP Professional Microsoft Office 2003 (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Microsoft Publisher 2003 Microsoft Internet Explorer Adobe Photoshop Quickbooks Pro Adobe Acrobat Pentium 4/2.8GHz processors 17" LCD monitors 512 MB RAM 40 GB hard disks CD-ROM drives CD-RW drive (Instructor Station) DVD drive (Instructor Station) Multimedia Capability Training objectives, instructor qualifications, schedule and budget are designed around your company's specific needs. Computer Lab Rental Costs $500/full day (7 a.m. - 6 p.m.) $300/half day (7 a.m. - 12 noon; 12 noon - 6 p.m.) $60/hour; minimum charge $180 (after 6 p.m.) 20 percent multi-day discount for full and half days for 2nd day plus each additional day Negotiable for groups of six or less Space reserved and not used will be billed at half rate if not cancelled 10 working days in advance of the lab date. We recommend that you postpone and reschedule within 60 days to avoid the cancellation fee. Food charges may still be in effect. Additional Costs (Call 800-488-7827 for current rates.) Software installation: no charge first hour; $75 each additional hour. Software must be received 3 weeks in advance of training. An additional software installation fee of $100 per day may be assessed for software not received 3 weeks before the class start date. Georgia Center instructor stipend Parking Refreshment breaks (morning and afternoon) Meals Hotel Rooms Cancellation fee -- 50 percent (10 days or less in advance of lab date) CEUs (Continuing Education Units) The Georgia Center offers a variety of day and evening computer classes through Professional and Personal Development.
