Instructors James D. Henley, CPA, is an alumnus of Georgia Southern University and the Small Business Management Series at Harvard University. Henley is the owner of several businesses and is headquartered in St. Simons, Georgia. Wayne Nix, CPA, is an alumnus of the University of Georgia and is a sole practitioner providing personalized audit, accounting, tax planning and preparation, and other services for small and medium locally-owned businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individuals. In 1993, he served as the president for the Northeast Georgia Chapter of the GSCPA. Jeffrey C. Snyder, CPA, is an alumnus of The Ohio State University where he received his undergraduate training in accounting and economics. He receives high evaluations from course participants for his enthusiasm and broad knowledge of accounting and tax information. Kenneth R. Campbell, CPA, is a graduate of the University of Tulsa. He has presented the 1040 workshops for the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education since the tax programs' inception.
