Advanced Topics for New Agents

Advanced Topics for New Agents is an online, start anytime course that fulfills the required 25 hours of post-license CE and counts as 6 hours Real Estate CE. The course presents topics the new agent will find helpful in working with clients, including sections on property management, the Brokerage Relationships in Real Estate Transactions Act (BRRETA), Agency Disclosure Law, and contemporary issues in the area of consensual dual agency. A thorough discussion of the tax implications and benefits of home ownership is presented, including required record keeping and an introduction to tax-free exchanges.
