Because the majority of hotel business is in support of the conferences held at the Georgia Center, there are restrictions on who can stay at the Georgia Center Hotel. Undergraduates and prospective students are eligible only if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Non-conference reservations will not be taken until 90 days outside of the arrival date. Some exceptions will be made to this 90-day rule for UGA departmental visitors if non-conference space is available. Exceptions will not be given for certain dates during the year due to special events on the UGA campus and in Athens, such as UGA graduation.

If you are attending a conference and have not yet registered for the event, please begin your registration at the chronological list of Upcoming Conferences. After you call up the page for your event, you will find a section near the bottom of the page called "How to Register for the Conference." Click on the button labeled "Click Here to Complete a Secure Online Registration Form." The form that comes up will include blanks for the information required to register for the conference as well as for a hotel reservation. By submitting your complete form you will be directing your information to both our conference registration staff and our hotel reservation staff. You should receive independent notifications from each that your form has been received.  Select your event from the Upcoming Conferences list here.
