Transcripts

Transcripts are issued only by the University of Georgia Registrar's Office, not by Independent and Distance Learning. A written request for a transcript, with the student's signature and a $2.00 fee for each transcript requested, should be sent to: Record Services, 105 Academic Building, The University of Georgia, Athens, Georgia 30602-6113. A transcript request form for each Independent and Distance Learning course enrollment will be issued with the examination confirmation letter. Faxed transcripts are $3.00 each ($6.00 overseas) in addition to the $2.00 basic transcript fee. For further information, call (706) 542-4040.
