Refund and Program Cancellation Policies
SPRING 2010 April 19-21, 2010 (Event #68830)
The Georgia Center will gladly issue refunds (minus a $150 processing fee) for cancellations made on or before March 29, 2010. No refunds will be made for cancellations after March 29, 2010.

Substitutions are welcomed with advance written notice to the Georgia Center. If a program is cancelled for any reason, the Georgia Center will not be responsible for any cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.

Lodging/Transportation
Lawrenceville, GA: All participants are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements and for any costs associated with their lodging, meals, and transportation. Several lodging and dining options are located near the University of Georgia Gwinnett Campus. The Hampton Inn at Sugarloaf Parkway offers special rates to UGA course participants. For names of nearby hotels, call the Gwinnett Convention and Visitors Bureau at 888-494-6638, or visit the bureau online at www.gcvb.org.

Written confirmation including directions to the University of Georgia Gwinnett Campus will be transmitted upon receipt of your registration form.
