He holds a Ph.D. in language education, is the author and instructor for several English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) endorsement programs and courses, and has extensive experience in helping prepare teachers, counselors, principals, and other school personnel to work effectively with Latino and English-learning students K-12.
