Gatlin Education Services Refund Policy
Students are not eligible for a refund after issuance of logon passcodes to a course or program.
Gatlin Education Services Course Duration Policy
Most of Gatlin's courses can be completed in three (3) months. The course duration policy allows you enough time to complete the course requirements. From the date of enrollment, you have up to six (6) months to complete most courses. Exceptions: From the date of enrollment in the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) programs, you will have up to twelve (12) months to complete each program. If you are enrolling in the Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) program, you will have up to nine (9) months to complete the program (from the date of your enrollment).
