Program Confirmation A confirmation of your registration will be sent to you by e-mail upon receipt of your payment. Please contact the Georgia Center if you do not receive confirmation. Refund and Program Cancellation Policies We will gladly issue 100% refund, less a $15 processing fee for course cancellation requests received by 5:00 p.m. September 28, 2009. No refunds will be issued after the course begins. Course Cancellation by the Georgia Center: Should the Georgia Center find it necessary to cancel the course for any reason, we will attempt to notify the participants at least 24 hours in advance via phone and/or e-mail. In the event that the course is cancelled by the Georgia Center, a 100% refund will be processed for each registrant. Method of Refund: Refund of a credit card payment should appear on the next billing cycle. Check, cash, and debit card payments will be refunded within four weeks. The Georgia Center for Continuing Education is not responsible for any personal expenses incurred with any airline, travel agency or hotel due to a cancellation.
