Expanded Description & Dates
Do you have your own in-house customer service training program? If not, you will want to participate in this interactive, two-day workshop. This dynamic course will teach your company trainers new ways of providing outstanding service in a team setting. University of Georgia faculty designed this intensive program specifically for the hospitality industry. Upon the completion of the Train-the-Trainer Certificate Program your company trainers will take away the skills to introduce and deliver an in-house customer service excellence training program in your place of business.

Skills needed to be an in-house trainer!
You will receive an Instructor's Notebook for Service Heroes in Hospitality as well as supplemental materials about the responsibilities of being a customer service trainer. Workshop topics will include: motivating others to excel in customer service, characteristics of adult learners, sticking to the fundamentals of good customer service, setting up practice situations that speak to the needs of your group, and preparing for multigenerational customer service issues.
Upon your successful completion of the Workshop, you will earn 1.2 University of Georgia Continuing Education Units (CEU) and a Certificate of Completion.
