Cancellation policy: We will gladly issue full refunds for cancellations made before Friday, February 5, 2010 by 5:00 p.m. ET. No refunds will be issued thereafter. Substitutions are encouraged. In the event the program is cancelled due to low enrollment a full refund will be issued. We will notify you 48 hours or more in advance of a program cancellation by phone and email.
