Registration and Fees You have four easy ways to register: Web: Register for the course online -- Credit card only. Fax: Call up our printable registration form, print it out, complete it and Fax to +1-706-542-7537 -- Credit Card Only Phone: Call +1-706-542-3537 or 800-811-6640 (toll free in the U.S.) and complete your registration over the telephone -- Credit Card Only Mail: Mail the completed printable registration form with payment (check or money order payable to the University of Georgia) to: Certificate Programs, Suite 196 Georgia Center for Continuing Education The University of Georgia Center Athens, GA 30602-3603 U.S.A. Fees Course Registration: The standard registration fee is $659 and includes course textbooks materials, and expert instruction! Summer 2008: If you register for the July 2008 program by June 26, you will receive an Early-Bird rate of $629. Fall 2008: If you register for the October 2008 program by September 25, you will receive an Early-Bird rate of $629. Registration is Limited. Prepayment is required to be registered. Purchase orders will be accepted and must accompany the registration. Registration is limited and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If invoicing is required, the Georgia Center will issue and process an invoice at the highest fee listed. Confirmation: Written confirmation, including directions to UGA at Gwinnett, will be sent upon receipt of registration form. Please contact Certificate Programs if you do not receive confirmation. A map, parking information, and further details will be mailed to you with your confirmation. Cancellation Policy Spring 2008: We will gladly issue refunds for cancellations made in writing by 5:00 p.m. on April 4, 2008 (minus a $25 processing fee) for the April 2008 course. No refunds will be issued after this deadline. Summer 2008: We will gladly issue refunds for cancellations made in writing by 5:00 p.m. on July 3, 2008 (minus a $25 processing fee) for the July 2008 course. No refunds will be issued after this deadline. Fall 2008: We will gladly issue refunds for cancellations made in writing by 5:00 p.m. on October 3, 2008 (minus a $25 processing fee) for the October 2008 course. No refunds will be issued after this deadline. Substitutions are encouraged; substitutions are not eligible for refunds. If a program is cancelled for any reason, the University of Georgia will not be responsible for any cancellation changes/charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Directions to the University of Georgia at Gwinnett Directions from Atlanta: Take I-85 North to Exit 106, Hwy. 316 (Lawrenceville/Athens); proceed approximately 5 miles to Collins Hill Road. Take left at light, onto Collins Hill Road, and then take left on Collins Industrial Way. University of Georgia at Gwinnett will be one block on the right. Student parking is in the front of the building. Enter building through main entrance, at the center of the building, behind flagpoles. Directions from Gainesville/Northeast Georgia: Take I-985 South to Exit 4, Georgia Hwy. 20 towards Lawrenceville; go approximately 6 miles on Hwy. 20. Take right onto Hwy. 316, take right at first light, Collins Hill Road, and take left on Collins Industrial Way. University of Georgia at Gwinnett will be one block on the right. Student parking is in the front of the building. Enter building through main entrance, at the center of the building, behind flagpoles. Directions from Athens: Take Hwy. 316 west towards Lawrenceville/Atlanta. After crossing Hwy. 20, take right onto Collins Hill Road. Take left on Collins Industrial Way.
