The Human Resources Management Certificate (PHR®/SPHR®) is an in-depth training program that provides students with knowledge in the key areas in human resources management and is designed to assist students in earning their Professional Human Resources (PHR®) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) designations.
The program is based on the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM®) Learning System that will help students develop specific human resources competencies and decision-making skills. As a certification preparation program, students who participate in the Human Resources Management Certificate (PHR®/SPHR®) program consistently beat the national exam pass rate.
