The UGA Center for Continuing Education offers a wide range of GREC Continuing Education Unit-awarding courses for new and experienced real estate professionals. UGA's partnership with CompuTaught makes available Georgia Real Estate pre-license courses for brokers and sales, post-license courses, and a wide range of 6- and 3-hour courses, including appraisal courses.
