New Challenges "No Problem" for CMMC Instructor

Each time I facilitate training or plan a meeting, I am reminded of how fortunate I am to be in a diverse industry where I am afforded opportunities to learn as I face and conquer new challenges in planning and executing meetings and events. Fifty more people arrive than were registered? "No problem," I say with a smile, as I scramble to figure out seating. A storm predicted? Again, "no problem" -- I'll rely on the contingency plans.

My inherent abilities and my honed skills have allowed me to grow in this profession. I've gone from a pure logistician to, now, helping organizations revise and revive the content and design of their meetings. My whole brain and my love of language get a good workout as I negotiate contracts, another one of the aspects of my work that I love.

In all I do, my curiosity brings forth questions; in the training and facilitation I conduct, my curiosity is satisfied. How fortunate to do what you love and help others do the same!
