The Georgia Real Estate Broker Pre-License Course is designed for the licensee interested in opening a brokerage office, or just developing management skills necessary to operate a real estate office. It is designed to refresh a licensee's knowledge of the fundamentals of real estate by reviewing the salesperson's pre-license course. Then, the student can develop management skills with additional lessons on office operations, broker responsibilities, financial management, and government regulations. The final exam must be proctored and is not included in the course fee. Students who pass the final exam will be qualified to take the Georgia Broker Exam.
