Aromatherapy & Healing (Live Lecture)
Instructor: Carol KoenigsknechtNot every ailment requires a pharmaceutical. In fact, many people maintain and recover excellent health using nature's essential oils. Aromatherapy was used in ancient cultures to cure illnesses and to calm the mind, and it still works the same way today. Learn how to safely start using and blending essential oils that have been proven to enhance our mental, emotional, and physical health. You will make a personal blend of aromatherapy bath salts that you can take home. Bring $10 for supplies.

Aromachemistry & Natural Perfumery Workshop (Live Lecture)
Instructor: Carol KoenigsknechtPlants produce chemicals that make up all of the essential oils. Come learn about these plants and their applications for use. Also learn about natural perfumery. At the end of the session, you will create your own healthy perfume-blend that you can take home. Note: Some of the information presented is technical in nature. It is recommended, but not necessary, that you have previous experience making your own aromatherapy blends and/or that you have taken Aromatherapy for Improved Health & Well-Being.
