Experience a world of insects, plants and pathogens like you've never seen. Everything here is hands-on — even the slimy stuff! You'll spend time in the lab, using microscopes to learn about microorganisms and plant diseases, as well as time in the field, collecting and identifying insects and handling live arthropods. Note: You will spend a good portion of each morning outside in the field, collecting specimens for your final take-home project. Open to students ages 11-14.
