Writing Children's Literature (Classroom Format)
Instructor: Holly E. Dunlap

Study the works of authors whose success is undisputed and examine the common traits that have made their stories appealing generation-after-generation. Come practice writing and share with others who, like you, are eager to create a work of enduring meaning and beauty. Writing for children could be the most agreeable activity you will ever experience, but it can be difficult. Learn to develop a story that is fresh and original and characters that are appealing and credible. Learn to get in that space "where children live." Teachers: To receive 1 PLU, you must complete and submit this Prior Approval Form before starting your class.

Registration for the Spring 2010 session is closed. Please phone 706-542-3537 to be waitlisted for the next session.
