2009 Financial Assistance Forms
Step 1:
Download the registration forms on this page, or call us at 706-542-3537 to have copies sent to your home.
Step 2:
Complete the forms, sign the waivers, and attach your payment information.
Step 3:
Send your forms and payment to the address below, or bring them in person to Office 191 of the Georgia Center.

Fees, Cancellations & Refunds
Fees may be paid with cash, check, money order, credit, or debit card.
- Checks should be made payable to The University of Georgia.If you want to pay in cash, you must do it in person by visiting Suite 191 in the Georgia Center during business hours (M-F, 8am-5pm)
Split Payment Option:
You have the option of splitting your payment in two, with 50% due at the time of registration and the remaining balance due 10 business days before the session begins. Non-payment of your remaining balance will be considered a cancellation, and the normal cancellation policy will apply.
Transfers:
With more than two weeks notice, you may transfer to another session one time at no cost. Additional transfers will incur a $25 fee, and no transfers will be made with less than two weeks notice.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If you cancel an Academy session with more than two weeks notice, you will receive a refund minus the $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given with less than two weeks notice.
Discounts
The following discounts apply to full-day Summer Academy @ UGA programs that are not offered in partnership with another UGA department or outside organization. These discounts do not apply to half-day Technology & Digital Arts programs or the Legion Pool option.
Discounts Available Before April 24, 2009 (Early Bird Discount):
All participants who register before 5 p.m. on April 24, 2009 will receive $15 off the registration fee for every child and every session they enroll in!
Discounts Available After April 24, 2009:
Additional Child Discount:
After April 24, 2009, participants will pay the full registration fee for their first child, and $15 off the registration fee for each additional child they are enrolling in Summer Academy*.
*The number of discounted sessions cannot exceed the number of regular price sessions.
UGA Faculty/Staff/Student Discount:
Current UGA Faculty, Staff and Students will receive $15 off each Academy session they enroll their children in. To receive this discount, you must present a currently valid UGA ID. This UGA discount cannot be combined with other discounts.
