ONLINE CAREER TRAINING FOR HEALTHCARE FIELD AVAILABLE FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA

Athens, GA - The Department of Certificate Programs with the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education provides career training in a variety of healthcare-related areas. This fall, UGA will offer career training courses online in:
* Administrative Medical Specialist
* Medical Transcription
* Advanced Hospital Coding & CSS Prep
* Pharmacy Technician
* Certified Bookkeeper
With a computer and a connection to the Internet, students can complete a certificate in less than three to six months in the comfort of their own home. Additional courses specializing in training for careers in the healthcare field and other professional areas are available.
These courses are available for immediate registration and students can complete them, self-paced, from any Web-enabled computer. Enrollment is open seven days a week, 24 hours a day at www.georgiacenter.uga.edu/is/gatlin.
