New one-day courses for project management professionals to begin this summer
|
Athens, GA - (April 3, 2007) - The University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education and Corporate-Copia, LLC will present "Six-Hour Saturdays," a series of one-day project management courses for project management professionals. This new series of courses will commence May 5, 2007, with classes scheduled through September 15, 2007. Additional classes will be scheduled for Fall 2007 and Winter 2008. Enroll in one or more courses -- it's your choice!
The following project management courses will be held in the Atlanta area:
Building Effective Teams - May 5 (Decatur)
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator for Project Managers - May 19 (Alpharetta)
Negotiations for Project Managers - June 9 (Decatur)
Handling Conflict and Difficult People - August 11 (Alpharetta - tentative)
Project Portfolio Management (PPM) - August 25 (Decatur - tentative)
Leading a Project Team: Influencing Without Authority - September 15 (Alpharetta - tentative)
Each participant will earn 6 PMI-approved contact hours/PDUs per course. The fee for each course is $129. Special discounts are available to former participants of the Project Management Professional Exam Prep Program and Certified Associate in Project Management Program offered through the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education.
