Exhibit "Glory, Glory to Old Georgia: A Look at the University's history from the University Archives" at The Georgia Center
Athens, Ga. — (September 12, 2008) — The University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education Conference Center and Hotel presents "Glory, Glory to Old Georgia: A Look at the University's History from the University Archives," sponsored by UGA Library Archives. The exhibit, free and open to the public, is on display Sept. 19 through Oct. 19 in the Center's Hill Atrium. The Georgia Center is located at 1197 S. Lumpkin Street.

Reprints and photographs featured on the cover of Georgia Football Game Day Programs from the 1920s will be featured in the exhibit. The University of Georgia Archives, part of the Hargrett Rare Book & Manuscript Library, preserves over two centuries of the University's history in the form of official records, images, plans, publications, & artifacts.
