 View Menu The Courtyard Café is open from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Sunday and offers hot entreés, soups, sandwiches, and salads served cafeteria-style. Continental Breakfast choices begin at 6:30 a.m. Complete Breakfast begins at 7 a.m. Breakfast is served until 9:30 a.m. weekdays and 10:30 a.m. on weekends. Hot lunch entreés in the Southern tradition are served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. weekdays. A build-your-own Salad Bar is available 11 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. weekdays. The Deli Sandwich Counter prepares sandwiches to order 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. Monday - Sunday.
