Garden Vegetable Soup
A vegan soup featuring carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, green beans, corn, zucchini, peas, celery and onions in a tomato broth.

Shrimp and Corn Bisque
A hearty soup of shrimp and corn with potatoes, simmering in a flavorful creamy broth. A new twist on an old favorite.

 

Sandwiches

All sandwiches are served with a choice of Potato Chips, French Fries, Fried Green Beans, or Fresh Fruit.

Georgia Club
Southern-baked ham with sliced turkey, crisp bacon, sliced tomatoes, and Swiss cheese served on whole wheat bread. — $6.50

Beer Battered Grouper
Grouper filet dipped in beer batter and deep fried to a golden brown. Nestled on a bed of cole slaw on Italian Ciabatta bread. — $6.95

Classic French Dip
Thinly sliced roast beef topped with horseradish cheese accompanied with au jus on a French baguette. — $6.95

Angus Burger
Lean ground Angus beef charbroiled, served with lettuce, tomato and pickle. — $7.50

Mixed Grill Chicken and Shrimp Caesar Salad
Seasoned chicken, shrimp, or a combination grilled and served on crispy romaine tossed with Caesar dressing, with toasted garlic bread. — $7.25

Bombay Chicken Salad
Grilled chicken breast diced and tossed with chutney, curry powder, mayonnaise, onion, and celery, served with fresh pineapple and homemade banana-nut bread. — $7.25

Chef Salad Plate
Mixed salad greens with strips of crisp bacon, ham, and turkey, with Swiss and smoked Gouda cheeses. Garnished with cucumber, tomato, and boiled egg. — $6.95

Cranberry Baked Brie and Fresh Fruit Plate
Baked petite Brie blended with cranberries and wrapped with puff pastry. Served with fresh seasonal fruit and berries. — $6.75

Cowboy Steak Salad

Marinated vegetables in Southwestern spices with black beans, corn, and Monterey Jack cheese, served in a flour tortilla with guacamole and salsa. (Add chicken $1) — $6.25

Artichoke Spinach and Mushroom Quiche
Sautéed artichokes, spinach, and mushrooms in an egg custard, topped with cheese and baked to a golden brown. Served with a side of fresh fruit. — $6.75

Portobello Mushroom Ravioli
Pasta pocket filled with minced Portobello mushrooms and parmesan cheese. Served with sun-dried tomato pesto sauce and sauteed fresh spinach. — $6.75

London Broil with Sherry Mushroom Sauce
Marinated, char grilled flank steak thinly sliced and served on a bed of rice with a mushroom mélange. — $6.95

Mediterranean Chicken Roulade
Baked chicken breast stuffed with Asiago cheese, Portobello mushrooms and roasted red peppers. Served with rice and vegetables. — $6.95
