Faculty and staff will have the opportunity to learn about recent and ongoing public service and outreach activities and goals at UGA and honor award recipients during the 22nd Annual Public Service and Outreach Meeting and Awards Luncheon.
Dr. Jennifer Frum, Vice President for Public Service and Outreach, will deliver an address about the state of public service and outreach at the University of Georgia. The event will also recognize faculty and staff award winners for their outstanding service to the university and the state.
The event's keynote speaker, The Honorable Chris Cummiskey, Commissioner, Georgia Department of Economic Development, will discuss higher education's role in economic development.
8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
