Crab Cakes

Entrée/Appetizer
 
Crab Claw meat – 1 lb.
Onion, fine dice – ¼ cup
Red Pepper, fine dice – 1/8 cup
Green Pepper, fine dice – 1/8 cup
Mayonnaise – ¼ cup
Mustard, grained – 1/8 cup
Hot Dog Bun, grated – 1 each or Fresh Bread Crumbs
 
Fold. Mix well and form into patties. Butter the sauté pan and brown the crab cake. Garnish with fresh dill and lemon slices.
