Smoked Trout Spread
Smoked Trout – 1 lb.
Cream Cheese, soft – 2 cups
Sour Cream – 2 cups
Horseradish – 1 Tbsp.
Red Onion, fine dice – 1 Tsp.
Parsley, chopped – 2 Tbsp.
Lemon juice from 12 lemons – 1 ½ or to taste
Remove skin from trout and blend well with all ingredients. Chill and serve with lavosh crackers.
