The UGA Hotel is committed to the local food system by preparing locally-grown foods with a diversity of tastes and nutrients. By offering our patrons healthy, economical food items from the Athens area, we proudly participate in building a vibrant, local food system.
The Savannah Room's Sustainable Entrée of the Day is on the menu and also is posted on Facebook. Many sustainable choices are locally grown by the University of Georgia College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences.

Grilled Local Pork Loin topped with an Orange-Thyme Demi-Glaze. Served with Vegetable Medley and Mashed Potatoes

Grilled Georgia Quail topped with a Georgia Blueberry BBQ Sauce and Creamy Polenta seasoned with Cracked Black Pepper, Asiago Cheese, and Parmesan Cheese
