Carolina mountain trout, cornmeal dusted, pan-fried to a golden brown and served with baby baker potatoes
Grilled Sirloin Steak
Six-ounce beef sirloin grilled, topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions and served with baby baker potatoes
Herb Grilled Chicken Breast
Lightly marinated chicken breast topped with herb butter and served with rice pilaf
Celestial Chicken
Boneless chicken tenderloin, lightly dusted with seasoned flour, deep-fried and served with rice pilaf and sauce supreme
Each entrée served with Chef's choice of seasonal vegetables, and includes your choice of a house salad, a fresh fruit cup, a slice of Strawberry Ice Cream Pie, or a glass of Douglass Hill wine. Tax and gratuity are not included in price.

Breakfast is on us when you book a room for Friday or Saturday, except during graduation and home football game weekends.
Pick up your free breakfast tickets at check-in, and join us in The Courtyard Café on Saturday or Sunday from 7 – 10:30 am. Our chef's freshly cooked breakfast includes scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes or grits, biscuit or toast, juice and coffee. Plus, other breakfast choices are available.
Limit of two free breakfasts per room.
Additional breakfast tickets are $10 each. Kids under 10 eat free. Offer good through June 30, 2012.
