Our certification preparation course is designed primarily for individuals seeking SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certification. Certification is a great choice for HR professionals who want to:

HR Professional Development
For those not seeking certification, the SHRM Learning System for SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP course provides a comprehensive and accelerated option for professional development. Participants gain a generalist viewpoint, refresh key ideas and concepts, strengthen their understanding of core HR competencies and increase productivity in the workplace.
Earn SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP recertification hours
This course is approved for 36.00 PDCs for Human Resources Professionals who hold a SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential. For more information about recertification requirements, please visit the SHRM Recertification webpage.
Earn Project Management recertification hours
This course is approved for PDUs for Project Management professionals who hold a credential from the Project Management Institute (PMI). For more information about these requirements, visit the PMI Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) Program website.
Note: Although both the hours and curriculum for the weekday and weekend classes are the same, the weekend course option tends to be even more intensive due to the reduced number of sessions.

Students will be awarded a Certificate of Program Completion for 4.0 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) upon successfully completing the course.
Important Course Requirements:
To receive the Certificate of Completion and Continuing Education Units (CEUs) the following is required:
- Attendance: Must attend at least 11 classes for weekday & 6 classes for weekend
- Assignments: Timely and successful completion of written and oral assignments
- Post-Test: A score of 70% or better
To receive the Certificate of Achievement from SHRM, the following is required:
- Post-Test: A score of 80% or better
Military Funding Information:
The Human Resources Management Certificate Program has been approved by the Department of Veterans Services to receive GI Bill funding.
