Are your courses self-paced?

We partner with the CE shop to offer asynchronous courses that students can complete in a self-paced, self-study program style. This means that you do not have any specific milestones for completing any coursework other than the time allotted for the program itself. The CE shop provides the curriculum and instructors to maintain the state standards so students can succeed on the Georgia state licensing exam. We do not offer these courses in person.

What is the cancellation policy?

How do I take the end-of-course exam?

After you complete all the course materials, meet the minimum time requirement, and pass the practice exam(s), there’s a final course exam. State regulation mandates that our final course exams are proctored by a credible third party to ensure the integrity of our students and our exams. The University of Georgia and CE Shop partner with PSI to offer our students online proctoring. This means you are able to take your final course exam at your convenience while being monitored by a remote proctor through video and screen-sharing capabilities. Each proctored exam attempt costs $25. View the Steps for Online Proctoring (Opens in a new window) for more information regarding proctoring.
