UGA Summer Academy Residential Counselor

Residential Counselors are responsible for living on campus in provided housing, supervising students before and after regular class hours, facilitating evening activities, and managing the move-in and move-out process for each camper. The position calls for a person with a high degree of maturity, flexibility, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with youth, conducting program activities and field trips, enforcing policies, communicating with parents/guardians, and dealing with camper problems/issues.
