Event Coordination
Our team of in-house professionals will work with you on all the details of your event. From determining appropriate meeting room space and AV to managing run throughs with instructors, from recommendations on menu selections to managing hotel blocks, we’re here to partner with you.

The Georgia Center is One-Stop Shop Certified through the Association of Collegiate Conference and Events Directors-International (ACCED-I). One-Stop Shop certification recognizes collegiate operations that provide you with seamless planning, one contract, and one bill.
Most importantly, we are there for the duration – from planning through presentation including prompt on-site event support. Let us work with you to make your event a success.
AV & Tech Support
Our in-house technicians and state-of-the-art equipment provide you the reassurance that the audio-visual component of your event will not only work as you expect, but also will advance your event. For the convenience of meeting attendees and exhibitors, Wi-Fi access is free throughout the facility. In addition, the Georgia Center provides a self-service Business Center, located on the first floor, with workstations, computers and a printer.
Registration
The Georgia Center can provide complete registration services for your event, which frees you up for planning your event.
From web page creation to on-site facilitation, let us take care of the details! Services include:
Final registration report of participants and summary of fees collected
- Creation of a secure web page for the collection of registration information and payment processing (credit card, debit card, purchase order, or check)
- Registration notification emails sent to participants including confirmation and receipts
- Weekly updates of registered participants, exhibitors, speakers, guests
- One hour of on-site registration services with additional on-site services available for an additional small charge
Graphic Services
Our in-house graphic design team is available to help you create and distribute digital or printed materials in support of your event. We can prepare a unique, consistent look and feel for your on-screen presentations, signage, educational materials, and conference programs or agendas that follows your branding guidelines. If you need anything from small promotional items to trade show booths, we can assist with product and vendor selection, pricing to stay within budget, and design work that will delight your attendees and add the finishing touch to your event. When you allow us to handle your printing needs, you no longer have to coordinate multiple deliveries with different vendors or worry that your materials will be damaged in the mail or won’t arrive on time.
