After just two weekends, the Speed Reading and Study Strategies program will provide college students and adults with techniques to boost reading speed, comprehension, and retention. Improving reading and study skills enables students to save time and work more effectively. Many of our program graduates now read textbooks, articles, and other printed and digital texts two to three times faster than before taking the course. In addition to understanding reading materials in less time, program graduates learn to prepare for tests more efficiently, without extensive rereading.
As a course participant, you will receive free lifetime repeat privileges. As you come to new stages of your school or work career, and the type of material you need to read changes or becomes more difficult, these lifetime repeat privileges entitle you to take the course again, at any time, and at any college or university where it is offered.
Instruction for this course is provided by the Institute of Reading Development. The Institute has provided instruction for The University of Georgia for the past 10 years, and also teaches for many other leading universities and colleges.
