Finance and Settlement Procedures

Finance and Settlement Procedures is an online, start anytime course that fulfills the required 25 hours of post-license CE and counts as 6 hours Real Estate CE. The course covers everything from security instruments to the foreclosure process. You will gain an understanding of primary and secondary mortgage markets; sources of funds; and the process of qualifying for, and obtaining, real estate loans. All of the procedures involved in a settlement, along with practical exercises in real estate math, are included. The final exam must be proctored and is not included in the course fee.
