Where leadership runs on horsepower!
This immersive summer program blends equine-assisted leadership training with beginner horsemanship skills. Build teamwork, responsibility, and emotional awareness through hands-on activities in a unique mix of farmwork and leadership development created in partnership with the J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development.
As you work with horses, you’ll learn the fundamentals of caring for and partnering with these noble animals, including feeding, grooming, barn management, and understanding horse behavior and needs. We’ll work on-the-ground and in-the-saddle during our time together, helping you connect with nature and yourselves in a supportive, screen-free, farm environment.
