Teach with us

As a unit of Public Service & Outreach at the University of Georgia, the Center for Continuing Education & Hotel enriches the lives of generations of learners and produces lasting impact through outstanding educational programs and services. It is a prominent gateway to the University, and serves to:

  • Foster professional and personal growth through educational programs and partnerships, and
  • Create an engaging and inclusive environment that supports intellectual exchange.

We accept proposals to develop courses and to fill instructor positions for non-credit Continuing Education professional and personal development and youth courses on an ongoing basis.

If you are interested in submitting a course proposal and teaching with us, please complete the New Course Proposal form (Opens in a new window).

Your application and professional references will be reviewed, and you will be contacted if your proposal is selected for potential offering. An applicant’s instructional services may also be contingent upon a required UGA background investigation policy. The University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education reserves the right to approve only those instructor applications/program proposals that meet UGA and departmental strategic program goals, criteria, and guidelines. If approved, the Continuing Education team will collaborate with you to market, develop, and deliver the course.

Thank you for your interest in teaching and collaborating with us!
