What you’ll learn
You will learn how to navigate and apply key employment laws in the U.S., including statutes like the National Labor Relations Act and the Railway Labor Act. You will gain the ability to identify and resolve common employment-related legal issues such as wage and hour disputes, anti-discrimination concerns, and working condition regulations. Offered in partnership with CLS by BARBRI, this course will help you develop and implement effective employment policies, improving your legal knowledge and practical skills to confidently address labor issues in the workplace.

Continuing Education Information
Students will be awarded a Certificate of Program Completion for 4.5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) upon successfully completing the course.
This is an accelerated course. You will be expected to spend an average of 8-12 hours per week reading and completing assignments. Please note that extensions will not be granted for this online course. 70% is the minimum passing score on all tests and assignments for this course.
