Reginald Clyne (M.B.A., CMA, CFM) is an experienced business executive with extensive experience leading diverse teams across various industry backgrounds. His 19-year career in the finance and accounting fields has exposed him to a variety of experiences, all of which he draws from when teaching. Previously he held an adjunct professor position at the Keller Graduate School of Management teaching graduate level courses in corporate financial management, managerial accounting, financial accounting, and personal financial management.

Martin S. Varon (JD, CPA, CFF, CVA) serves on the faculties of the Keller Graduate School of Management and Kennesaw State University, where he instructs a wide range of accounting, tax and financial management courses. His experience includes extensive consulting work in tax, accounting, financial, and business issues with emphasis on corporate tax, business valuation, and corporate accounting.

Kenneth Mayberry (MBA, MAFM, CPA, CITP) has more than 24 years experience in accounting, business development and management, project management, IT/IS consulting and marketing. Currently, he serves as president and CEO of Wilshire Consulting Group, Inc. (WCG), an accounting, finance and information technology-consulting firm providing services primarily to the nonprofit industry.

Walfyette Powell (CPA, MBA, MPM, ABD) Is a seasoned CPA with 20 years' experience in fortune 500 companies and 8 years' experience teaching undergraduate and graduate accounting courses. Her corporate experiences include roles as a staff accountant, a cost accountant, a budget and FP&A analyst. She currently teaches undergraduate and graduate level courses at two major universities. Additionally, she has worked as a subject matter expert in the design and development of a CPA review course for Financial Accounting and Reporting (FAR). Given her professional work and teaching experiences, she is able to bring a wealth of knowledge to the classroom which is very instrumental in helping students achieve their goal towards becoming a CPA
