Online LARE Review
The Landscape Architecture Licensing Examination (LARE) is the national exam for licensure in the field. Pass it, complete your state’s apprenticeship, and your’re licensed to practice. CED runs one of the country’s longest-standing LARE prep courses. Since 1973, they’ve helped candidates succeed in this exam.

Sections 1-4 Package Deal
While we’re preparing new materials for the restructured LARE, the material from our former LARE Review sections covers the majority of the new exam, and is offered here as one package at a discounted rate.

Georgia State Exam Guide
Navigate the state laws, rules, and regulations that govern the profession. Work with Georgia’s water resources, native plant materials, geology, and climate. Required alongside the LARE for licensure in Georgia.
Grounded In Expertise
Donnie Longenecker serves on the ASLA LARE Review Subcommittee, connecting him directly to the latest exam developments. As Senior Lecturer, BLA Program Coordinator, and Coordinator of Continuing Education Programs at CED, he guides over 150 landscape architects each year through exam prep and continuing education. He also runs his own firm, DTC, covering residential site planning, master planning, and development due diligence. His CED studios partner with Georgia municipalities on projects ranging from tiny home communities to park master plans and downtown revitalization.
