What you’ll learn
This web course updates you on hearing officer’s administrative processes and procedures, any recent changes in statutory or case law, and changes to important concepts and terminology.
In this course, you will read the online lessons, complete the quiz at the end of each lesson and complete the course exercise. There is no final examination for Hearing Officers Annual Update 2025. Those taking the course can complete it at their own pace, on their own schedule.

Continuing Education Information
The University of Georgia will award 0.4 Continuing Education Unit (CEU) upon successful completion of Hearing Officers Annual Update 2025.

$159 — Course Registration Price
$50 — One-Month Extension (Only one extension is granted per participant.)
Prepayment is required to be registered. Prices listed are per person. Prices are subject to change.
Cancellation or refund
If you have not accessed the online course at all, you may request a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Requests must be sent to gc-student@uga.edu no later than seven (7) days after the issuance of your course access information.
Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites for enrolling in the course with the exception of board of equalization members and alternates who may only enroll to receive credit during the first year of a reappointment term to the board.
Textbooks
Textbooks are not required to complete this course. Everything you need is built into the online course.
