Do you want to enter the medical field stat? Join us for an exciting, week-long camp that will introduce you to the field through team-based learning, hands-on projects, games, and crafts to learn about different body systems. As a participant in the Mini Med I camp, you will have access to unique labs, technology, and teaching resources at the University of Georgia’s Health Science campus. Learn how to take a patient’s health history, practice lab skills during dissection, and work as a team during a simulated medical situation in the state-of-the-art Sim Center. Led and develop by current medical students at the Augusta University/University of Georgia Medical Partnership who’ve collaborated directly with faculty and staff, Mini Med I with its immersive, application-based curriculum is sure to engage and inspire you!
