The Human Resources Management Certificate, a 39-hour classroom training program, assists students in earning their Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) designations.

Based on the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM®) Learning System, the certification preparation program will help students develop specific human resources competencies and decision-making skills. Students who participate in the Human Resources Management Certificate (PHR®/SPHR®) program consistently beat the national exam pass rate.

Prior to establishing her own business, Nancy spent 20 years in the corporate arena. Her career includes senior HR management positions at leading financial services and hospitality companies as well as various benefits, compensation and employment manager positions in other organizations.

This consummate professional is equally accomplished in handling a variety of human resources projects from human resources audits to recruiting in various industries and high profile environments. She is an effective communicator with a quick, analytical mind who enjoys solving problems that contribute to the organizations bottom line.

Nancy incorporates her insights from this highly successful corporate career into the development and delivery of her training programs. Her combination of practical business experience with engaging facilitation has generated fast-paced, effective and fun programs that work.

Mike brings over 30 years of experience in dealing with the challenges of Human Resources in the 21st century. He authors the HR blog entitled HR Observations at OmegaHRSolutions.com. He speaks, writes and teaches on a number of management and HR issues. 

In his blog he writes about working with the laws and regulations in the HR field. He also writes about futurist topics in order to prepare HR professionals for things they will have to deal with in the next 5 to 10 years. Additionally he is the co  host of a podcast radio show, NakedHRRadio.com where he discusses the good, the bad and the ugly about human resources.
