This online course is designed to teach legal investigation to those interested in pursuing a new career and those presently working in the legal field. Included subject areas are: arson investigation, products liability investigation, personal injury and traffic accident forensics, employment accidents, investigation of financial and equity matters, professional malpractice and negligence, skip-tracing, and the role of a legal investigator in preparing for civil and criminal litigation.

Students will be awarded a Certificate of Program Completion for 4.2 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) upon completion of 42 hours of course work.

Timely and successful completion of written and oral assignments is required. To receive your Certificate of Completion, you must have a score of 70% or better on assignments and on the final written examination.
