What you’ll learn
Legal projects involving technology-assisted review are more common than not, making the role of paralegals with discovery expertise increasingly vital. Throughout the 17 online modules and tests, you will progress through the basics of eDiscovery preparation, best practices for ESI collection, and finally, the review process. Offered in partnership with CLS by BARBRI, this course covers the most relevant topics for everything you need to know about eDiscovery in the legal field.

Who should attend?
Individuals entering the eDiscovery field, as well as professionals wanting to broaden their knowledge of the eDiscovery process.
Continuing Education Information
Students will be awarded a Certificate of Program Completion for 4.5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) upon successfully completing the course.
This is an accelerated course. You will be expected to spend an average of 8-12 hours per week reading and completing assignments. Please note that extensions will not be granted for this online course. 70% is the minimum passing score on all tests and assignments for this course.
