Hayley Gallagher, Senior Managing Consultant, Learning and Development, UGA Human Resources
Gallagher serves as Senior Managing Consultant with Learning and Development for University Human Resources, where she designs and facilitates learning experiences that support employee growth, leadership development, and organizational success. Prior to joining UGA, she spent 17 years as a K-12 music educator and instructional leader in the Jackson County school system. Gallagher earned her bachelor’s degree in music education from UGA and a master’s in educational leadership from Georgia College and State University. She is passionate about helping people discover and cultivate their strengths, develop new skills, and build meaningful connections through learning. Outside of work, she enjoys playing music, improv comedy, and lifelong learning.
