Participants will learn practical tools to shift from reactivity to thoughtful responses, reframe conflict as an opportunity for growth, and align differing perspectives with shared strategic goals.
Learning outcomes:

- Learn strategies to respond to conflict instead of react
- Reframe resistance as valuable feedback
- Use techniques for active, empathetic and responsive listening
